Turn seasonal spending into lasting loyalty
To keep credit union credit cards top of mind and inspire cardholders to make the most of their rewards, a targeted Merchant Category Code (MCC) spend campaign will run for seven days, starting just before Black Friday and continuing through Cyber Monday.
Between November 26, 2025 and December 3, 2025, all existing and new consumer rewards-based cardholders who spend on popular eCommerce and retail categories will receive up to 50% more Flex Reward points for every dollar spent, up to a total spend cap of $350. The targeted MCCs will primarily focus on eCommerce and retail categories, offering cardholders a valuable opportunity to maximize their rewards during one of the busiest shopping weeks of the year.
Collabria will reach out via email to cardholders to let them know about this offer. A sample of the email will be available on the Upcoming Cardholder Communications page prior to November 15, 2025.
Timing
This offer will be available from November 26, 2025 and December 3, 2025.

0.5 points/$1 spend
*The promotional 50% more Flex Rewards earn is on top of any base rewards offered on the card. For example, Cash Back World Elite Mastercard cardholders already earn 2x the rewards on recurring bills and digital streaming. This offer would give them the 2x rewards plus 50% at 1x rewards, resulting in 2.5x the Flex Rewards for every $1 spent between November 26 and December 3.
** Select products have a different rewards earn rate for specific MCCs, as outlined in the Rewards Program Rules – these earn rates still apply during the campaign period, but were not utilized in the calculation of the bonus 50% earn in the above table, which uses the product’s base earn for net purchases that would not be eligible for those specific earn rates.
NOTE - All other cards not listed above do not qualify for this offer.
Payouts
Cardholders will receive their bonus points based on their spend within 2 statement cycles of the campaign end date (December 3, 2025).

Email Communications to Existing Cardholders
To amplify partner-led efforts to support this campaign, Collabria will also be activating email campaign communications to existing eligible cardholders during the offer period. Emails will begin November 15, 2025. Samples are available in the 'Upcoming Cardholder Communications' section of the Marketing Corner.
