Collabria’s fraud-monitoring technologies are utilized by our in-house fraud specialists to assist with the early detection of fraudulent card activity. By developing precise parameters, we’re able to use real data to analyze risk and pinpoint potential loss.

For example, 2Way Connect is used by the Collabria Fraud Detection Work Centre to make automated outbound phone calls, text messages and emails to a cardholder regarding fraud. When account activity is suspect, cardholders are immediately contacted by a fraud detection representative or through our automated messaging system to verify the transaction or confirm that fraud is taking place.
