The team will acknowledge receipt and, if appropriate, respond within ten (10) days. Collabria may require additional time to process and review certain comments before responding or taking action.

The digitalization of payment platforms has revolutionized financial transactions, and at Collabria, all cardholders across Canada can manage their credit cards with improved functionality, security, and ease through CardWise Mobile, available from your mobile device’s application store or CardWise Online.

CardWise provides an innovative solution for cardholders and the end-to-end control of account and financial well-being. By using the mobile app or online platform, you can simply setup recurring payments that are automatically deducted from your chequing or saving account every month and paid to your credit card.

Via your financial institution

It’s easy to make a payment directly with your financial institution. Just search for “Collabria”, “Collabria Mastercard” or “Collabria Visa” in your financial institution’s website bill payment section. Then you simply register using your 16-digt card number.

By Mail

If you would like to make a payment by mail, please include the remittance form from your statement. It is required to process your payment.
