Collabria has a wide range of solutions in place to protect your members from fraudulent charges:

  • Collabria only issues cards with embedded microchips that provide Chip and Pin functionality.
  • When possible fraudulent activity is detected, cardholders are immediately contacted to verify or block the transaction.
  • Collabria uses 3D Secure to authenticate both Visa® and Mastercard® online purchases.

For further peace of mind, your members will only be responsible for purchases they’ve authorized.
