What are The Oscars: Milestones Edition?

As the final quarter of the year approaches, we would like to recognize branches’ continued engagement and positive spirits.

Similar to the Oscars, where individuals are rewarded for their performances on screen, the Milestones program would like to reward partners for their very own success and achievements in their branches. We have created our very own categories that call on branches to reflect on the year. The categories are diverse, providing all branches to have a chance in participating and a chance of winning exciting prizes, just in time for the holidays!

What are the award categories?

We have four exciting award categories for branches to participate in:

1. Best Story Behind the Photo
   • In this category, we are asking participants to send us photos of their favourite fall tradition. It can be anything! Your favourite activity, food, or even a photo of the people you enjoy spending the fall season with. Along with the photo, tell us the story behind the photo. Let us know why this tradition is special to you and your team in a short write-up
   • Submissions will be entered in a raffle! You can submit as many times as you’d like and each submission will count as an entry into the raffle.


2. Best Success Story
   • This category is about your stories and your perspectives. Stories will be evaluated by the Milestones team based on inspiration and determination to overcome challenges you may have faced in your branches.


3. Best Creative Engagement
   • This award is all about how you engaged your branch creatively over the past year. Let us know how you motivated and supported one another, and we will reward the branch with the most creative engagement initiative.


4. Best Overall Branch - Milestones Champion
   • The branches that have submitted in to all 3 of the above categories will be considered for the ultimate prize of Milestones Champion.

How do you participate?

You will have until November 7^th to enter your submission, and you can enter in as many categories as many times as you would like.

When will the winners be announced?

The winners will be announced the first week of December in the December Newsletter - just in time for the holidays!
