Cardholder notices begin deployment by email approximately 30–45 days prior to the scheduled account transfer date, with additional reminder notices sent prior to account closure. If a valid email address is not on file, notices will be delivered by letter. Cardholders without a valid email on file will not receive reminder communications prior to account closure.

All details and updates are communicated via letters, email notices, reminder emails, and any applicable contingency notices in the event of a postal service disruption. Digital platforms (CardWise/MyCardInfo) will not display merger information.
