Program Overview Project Description This is an in-branch member offer exclusive for ex-CUETS, currently MBNA, cardholders. The offer is a promotional Balance Transfer at an exclusive rate of 3.9% for 6 months when one of the qualifying accounts are opened. The minimum balance transfer value is $500.
