2.9% Balance transfers for 6 months and waive of the annual fee ($30)

Target drop at Canada Post March 26, 2019.

Audience

Members of Collabria credit unions (partners) who are not currently Collabria cardholders.
Cardholder files will be pre-screened for eligibility, therefore not all cardholders will receive an offer.
The mailer indicates members are “pre-qualified” for the offer (vs “pre-approved”)

Suppression criteria:

Businesses	Do Not Mail/Do Not Solicit	Deceased
Trusts	Members under the age of majority	Delinquent
Estates	Closed	Address outside of Canada
Current Classic Cardholders	Recently Declined	Staff

Note: After receiving the data list from partners, the list is further vetted through Equifax screening model to determine the most eligible candidates.

Important Dates:

JAN 3 2019	Bulletin to credit union with direct mail details including links to campaign FAQ and important deadlines
JAN 4 2019	Details regarding the member list requirements sent to all Credit unions
JAN 28 2019	Final date for partners to send their list to Collabria through secure email ONLY
JAN 29 2019	Circulate partner creative proofs for review
FEB 6 2019	Deadline for credit unions to approve their creative proofs
MAR 4 2019	Data list and live proofs sent to credit unions
MAR 8 2019	Deadline for sign-off on live proofs from credit unions
MAR 26 2019	Deliver to Canada Post
