The team will acknowledge receipt and, if appropriate, respond within ten (10) days. Collabria may require additional time to process and review certain comments before responding or taking action.

Make a Payment


You can make a payment online or by using Auto Pay feature on MyCardInfo.  Our Auto Pay feature allows you to have your credit card payments automatically deducted from your chequing or savings account every month and paid to your credit card.

Via your financial institution

It’s easy to make a payment directly with your financial institution. Just search for "Collabria", "Collabria Mastercard" or "Collabria Visa" in your financial institution's website bill payment section. Then you simply register using your 16-digit credit card number.

By Mail

If you would like to make a payment by mail, please include the remittance form from your statement. It is required to process your payment.
